Navy Cmdr. Harmon "Harm" Rabb (David James Elliott) and Marine Lt. Col. Sarah "Mac" MacKenzie (Catherine Bell) continue working together to investigate and litigate military crimes.

In the fourth season of the popular series, the two are shot down in Russia, Mac is taken hostage by terrorists at the Sudanese Embassy, and Mac and Harm are on opposite sides in the murder trial of a Marine guard who shot an arrested terrorist on live television.
